i'm up for this, i did 120kg for a double last week and felt like there was plenty more in the tank. am planning on going for 140kg mid may, seeing as though my deadlift and squat are pi55 poor as i'm coming back from injury i may as well set a decent target weight for my bench!

I can do 120kg for maybe 3-4, I am now in to my second week cycle of AAS, so not sure if this counts. I'm doing inlcine BTW.

But i'm in if that's allowed?

Bench is the only lift I just don't make consistant gains in - 150kg seems a million miles away.

Nice one mate. I did 130kg a couple of years ago. As I have been only doing incline for a while I do one set of flat at the start then, hmm or shall I just count incline?

incline i would say is more challenging so flat is probably fairer on you but its up to you.

It's one that for me took fu*king years to get half decent at and now, for the time being, in our little gym I do the most. But it's been 1-kilo at a time. I'm currently 'on' and looking to hit 172.5 for 3 x 1 reps before the end.

For how many reps lads??

Im currently doing incline bench to. I did 110 for 6 reps yesterday comfortably. My target is 5kg a week each week for next 6 which will take me to previous best 140kg for 6. Probs sounds bit much 5k a week but ive been ill an lost loads of size. So muscle memory is kicking in and im back juicing.

If all this count im in

boxer81. It took me about a year to get over a hundred but once i hit 100 i started progressing quite a lot. i went from 100 to 135kg in about 2 months. This coincided with a decent diet.

Right that's it mate, incline it is. I'm glad someone else is doing this as well. This year i have gone up to 120 for about 3 reps. That was a good day though.

Not long really mate. This was a long while back now, at the time i had a spotter, a few injuries though. No more spotter these days.

so you think you would have done the sprint to 100 quicker had you had a better diet.
