I am currently 7 weeks out from competition and am changing my training split and days.

Mon - Back & Biceps

Tues - Quads

Wed- rest day

Thurs - Chest & triceps

Fri - Hamstrings

Sat - rest day

Sun- Shoulders & Abs

Cardio everyday 45mins pre breakfast , 20 mins post work out, 20 mins before supper.

Whats does everyone else do when they are getting ready for a show and are at this stage of the prep?

Any comments?

The only thing I would suggest is swapping your bi's and tri's. Bi's get worked when training back as is based around pulling movements and tri's with chest as is based around pushing movements. I'm sure there are arguments for an against this but it's just what I would personally do....unless I had amazing bi's n tri's

I do biceps with chest and triceps with shoulders, others may do a day on arms.....it's all what suits you but I do agree with Tania about not doing biceps on back day.

I just go with the flow caz and change as and when I feel it's needed. I do more cardio

Cheers, is that high intensity or at a steady pace, I'm never sure what works or what my heart rate should be at to optimise the fat burning?

I agree with whats been said, would do back on its own and incorporate biceps with chest and shoulders with triceps. You may need to increase the length of time of your cardio, depending how your condition is coming along, some need to do more than others.
