Whats best to eat for post am ss cardio? Is it simle carbs with whey? Also where is Toxic Toffee? Havnt been on this section for ages. As im ready to cut up soon.

As for whats best to eat, solid food is always good. No need for fast carbs and whey post cardio.

Errm well I take some barley porridge (no fat) after an hr or so after cardio its not only healthy but lesser calories and is filling too....also salads and fruits is a healhty thing. I keep on changing it everyday so that my body doesn't get used to one and kills all the calories :d..
