I'm back training properly now after a long period of not doing anything for a variety of reasons. Used to have one on here back in the day, was good to look back on past sessions so want to keep it up. Training at a new gym on a free pass (thanks to bigtime for the heads up  ) So had a few sessions this past week, ill start logging from here on in.

Bet you could run down in no time at all mate! lol. was meaning to pass on my congrats on your weightloss over at sb, but it seems i have either upset the powers that be or im just a mong, tried every password combo that i use and emailed to no reply. Or maybe im just a mong and its not getting through Only got to train last week and both were disasters, had a dicky back one day for some reason and benching at my mates house had to be cut short. So ill carry on as per from today. Deadlift:10x60kg/70/80/90/100/110/120 BB Rows:10x60/62.5/70/70/60 Just a quick one to get the blood in the back and see how i felt. Was ok, felt bit rough due to the reps and the heat. I'll do back soon, try and hit something a bit better.

I can remember reading your old journal and you were shifting some hefty weight! Are you aiming to get back up to those numbers again and how long do u think it will take?

Thanks for popping by again mate, im not so sure about getting back to old numbers it will be a little while but i do find things come back quicker. Right time for updates. Wednesday Bench:10@60/62.5/65/67.5/70/72.5/75/77.5/80 Called it there messed the shoulder up arm wrestling once for the first time in around five years. never again. Today Another hiccup. got up late and rushed to the gym as im doing Overtime tom and cant get to the gym till next week.Slacked enough lately. DEADS:5x60/70/80/90/100/110/120/130/140/130/120 Felt light headed and sick didnt eat nothing but its better than nothing.

Good to see you back in the game mate. Goals? Allright Tone. At the moment want to get back into lifting weights consistently for a start! Training a couple of times a week now so thats sorted.Ive got a bit of knackered ankle since last November, find squatting to any depth quite painfull still so might just aim to hit the deads hard, and bench. was never the greatest squatter anyways. planning to start a routine similar to yours I reckon. No need to get clever at this point in time. @Iain K Normally turn decline any such offers, or at least get to the bar when the action starts. shoulder fine now though, lucky escape. Hey up buddy. At the moment just used up my free pass like a true pikey I really liked the gym, i am unsure about joining still. Its just a matter of logistics and price. I have to get two bus's over there which makes the total cost around £60 (gym+transport) where as the local gym is around 25notes & walking distance.But no where near as good! A right pickle i might join for a month to see if i could stick it out. Deads 120x5 140x5 (Made a right pigs ear of this, back to the drawing board) 120x5 122.5x5 125x5 127.5x5 130x5 132.5x5 135x5 137.5x5 140x5 142.5x4 BB ROWS 60x10 70x9 80x7 Lat pulls 12,10,10,8 Few sessions like the one above are needed i reckon. My form is still too hit and miss.Not bothered about the weight yet, it will come back soon i think. Few higher rep sessions aswell, i was puffing a bit too much for 5's. Feel quite tired now probably grab an early night.

I was struggling, well still not managed a good spell yet, feeling confident though now. I cant train legs without quite some pain, due to a buggered ankle which put me out of anything physical for a while. walking for two weeks after i did it was a simple no go. so get pissed that i cant train properly. doing anything remotely like a normal squat leaves me in pain. the leg angle for deads is about as much as i can go, even now as typing theres a sort of pain/numb feeling in the area. pissing me right off, shall persevere tho. thanks for popping in
