I've just recieved a few bottles of Liquid Egg Whites from my protein, - each bottle consists of 32 egg whites, - I have around 4 egg whites a day (plus whole eggs). Although the shelf life is months, once opened, it says "consume within 2-3 days, or freeze". I didn't plan on using this up so quickly, - what do you lot do?

i fly through it i can justify it to myself as a real food, so it supplements a lot of my diet if not i ometimes still drink it after 4 days open anyway or frreeze half a bottle and defrost it in sink under hot water when needed

stick it in the fridge or freeze it in indivisual ice cube trays and defrost when needed each 10ml/10g of LEW is 1g of protein

Is simply mixing them with say organge juice and drinking it as good as having a "real food source" of protein?

Well considering the price of 1 bottle (32 whites) is £5 versus the price of 32 free range eggs, - there's not much in it really. Does anyone know what sort of eggs are used in LEW? Are they free-range? It doesnt state either way (unless i've missed something)

I can't remember what it's called but they can roam about freely within the confines of the factory.

Theirs have to be stored frozen which is a pain if you struggle for freezer space, but once defrosted they last about a week. I buy about a month's worth for the freezer and a carton lasts me just under a week (that's having 6 egg whites a day).

Mine have got a 7 day shelf life once opened, though they seem to taste funny come day 5 ... I still get them down though a 40 LEW bottle lasts a week for me
