Which exercises(if any) do YOU do to failure every time?

I'll start with mine...dips

Do you find that some exercises you just go to failure without thinking yet others you don't?

i honestly always try to get that rep just before failure, so quite often i fail

i usually dont fail on squats or deads or curls

i do fail on bench and dips and rows and pull downs, although failing on pushing exercises is so much different from failing to pull imo

I try to avoid going to failure and stop short most of the time

When it happens it tends to be bench, overhead press and squats - push exercises, basically

I don't ever plan it though

i've been thankful of the catcher in the squat rak a few times, when i've crumpled and had to roll out.
Generally tho i don't work to failure, although if i'm having a bad day, id as i try to push through when really i should maybe just listen to my body, but i've always been an ignorant C%$*

the ones I'd like some extra intensity on, ie bits I think are a little behind

so at the moment, shoulder movements - presses and raises
