Sleep - 20 April 2008 21:27
My sleep is so messed up. Like I could sleep for about 16 hours...My diet's ok and I take multi's, perhaps I don't see enough sun throughout the day though. I've treid different combos like melatonin and gaba but im still tired with 9+ hours sleep. Anyone any suggestions? Don't really wanna go on a sunbed everyday.

How much sleep do you get if you don't take a sleep aid?

You can either use a sunbed once a week or take 5,000iu/day of Vitamin D3.

That vitamin D sounds like an idea Nigee, acn you recommend me somewhere? I'm guessing it is ideally absorbed from sun rays? What's the difference if you get the vitamin in capsule form? Doesnt the "RDA multi's have 100% vitamin D? Or is it just simply not enough?
Once a week on a sunbed? Is that it to cure your sleeping troubles LOL,
Cheers mate.
