Cutting at nando's - 20 April 2008 21:41
Hi im cutting big time to loose 4 stone

I am very strict on my diet but have a new fetish for nando's

my meal everytime is 2 chicken fillets and a mediteranian salad, do you think this is a good choice?

I was thinking of having a large corn on cob instead of the salad

What are your thoughts guys

no not daily fella, once weekly or even once fortnightly

same time first thing in the morning after your normal bathroom usage and what not

also use the mirror, tape measure and photos taken every month

do not go by scales alone

It's good quality take-away or restaurant food, that tastes nice too

A bit of topic but this may surprise a few people; Nandos is actually South African. Sure did astound me when i found out, always thought it was portugese.

The chiken they get in for Nando's isn't that Portugese. Its bought in bulk, 20kgs for £10 quid from Thailand. Really authentic. I'd rather lick my own arsehole than eat there. each to there own I suppose

Any contact details for where in Thailand they get this from. I want in!
I'm sure we could buy about 100kg and split it up between us here!

LOL It's a right old bargain - although I'm sure said chickens have been seriously abused by all the exiled sex offenders out there. Poor little chickens......
