Cutting at nando's

Hi im cutting big time to loose 4 stone I am very strict on my diet but have a new fetish for nando's my meal everytime is 2 chicken fillets and a mediteranian salad, do you think this is a good choice? I was thinking of having a large corn on cob instead of the salad What are your thoughts guys

its fine mate, its a good healthy choice no need to get strung up on every minutia of diet, eat clean, enjoy your food and you shall reach your goals

not really a great help but i had half a chicken fries and coleslaw and ceaser salad washed down with diet coke today at nandos!! your choice sounds good try ad stay away from the sauces

unless its massive blocks of the stuff then you have nowt to worry about its all about sustainability really if you aint losing then rejig something, no biggie really, keep going though

no not daily fella, once weekly or even once fortnightly same time first thing in the morning after your normal bathroom usage and what not also use the mirror, tape measure and photos taken every month do not go by scales alone

what is so good about that nando`s?? the only nando's i know is a portuguese sauce that i often see at tesco, bt i keep seeing its name in this forum

The chiken they get in for Nando's isn't that Portugese. Its bought in bulk, 20kgs for £10 quid from Thailand. Really authentic. I'd rather lick my own arsehole than eat there  . each to there own I suppose

I love Nando's!! Its bought in bulk, 20kgs for £10 quid from Thailand. Any contact details for where in Thailand they get this from. I want in! I'm sure we could buy about 100kg and split it up between us here!

no the only thing that is portuages about it is the peri peri. the owner of nando's is south african. and i will find out for definate where they get the chicken from when im next in work. but cant see it coming from thiland. wes
