Right guys, I've been taking USN pure protein (now sci mx) for about 2.5 years and Its always done me good, unfortunatley its going up in price (especially after the rebranding ) I want to start ordering of myprotein but I dont really know what is what. Theres rice protein and egg protein etc etc, Im used to the simple choice between whey and pure! So what's good on myprotein similar to what I was taking before, just go for the normal whey? The shakes will be taken immediatley before training and straight after and I'm going for muscle and size. Also just reading you can order egg whites? these any good? Any feedback welcome Cheers

hey http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-supplies/unflavoured-whey/impact-whey-protein-(unflavoured)/ is the whey you want, 10lbs tub as for egg whites, http://www.myprotein.co.uk/mp-max/foods/liquid-egg-whites/ I have been using them for a while now, i drink 250ml every morning...as i dont have time to make eggs properly, and i dont like whey so only like to keep whey PWO. They taste like...nothing...maybe a bit eggy, just pour them in a glass and drink away...I always order at least 24 bottles at a time so it becomes more cost effective, £2.96 a bottle. You might want to order a lower quantity at first though to make sure you dont think they are yuck. if this is your 1st order on MP...use code MP9167 to get 5% off

From the page it says "Due to patented special heat treatment our product can be stored at room temperature (between 0c and 25c) for up to 5 months from the production date! Once the package has been opened, it must be stored in the fridge and be used between 2 - 4 days (please note once opened you can freeze the Liquid Egg Whites)." I just keep mine in its box in a cupboard until i need them...then once opened put it in the fridge.
