cheers guys

yes your right about what it means....

what i do is i have my days set out but when i go into the gym i do what i feel, i have no real training programme, although i do stick to similar things week in, week out

so this week i may do flat bench, next week i might use db's all depends how i feel

whilst i await swifts challenge i will fill you in on some training

1x27 db press with 25's warm up really

3x12 flat bench with 70kg very very wide grip and slow controlled reps, ala marcus rhul

3x10 chain dips

3x10 h.s decline press 110kg

3x12 incline flys

3 x 8 ez bar curls elbows close but grip very wide 10 kg each side plus ez bar, think it weighs 7.5.....

3 x till my arms couldn't do any more with 14kg db's

done and dusted

same pre, during and post work out nutrition as before

at least we can be outcasts together

are you going by yourself ?

ok back to work today after my day off.

then later tonight some legs and delts

ive been using pscarbs leg routine, its brutal, but ive also added a set of 20 reppers at the start for my troubles

delts is just db pressing nice and controlled then crank up the weight for a few "heavy" sets on the smith, pressing is one of my stronger points
