had a n ok weekend.... didn't do much

today back to training, back and tri's

im training at a more fittness bassed place, with my friend "big iain" he is 6"7 an arround 18 stone so he is naturally a strong guy, only trains for fun though, so should be a good laugh and hopfully the girls are better than there is at venice. if you are a female who trains at venice, im sure that deep down your a beautiful person

will report back later

the gym was nice

but i was the biggest guy there, was weird. too pricey for me though not when where i train is a bit more bb'ing and also half the price

dead lifts

wide grip chins

seated rows

reverse grip pull downs

close grip bench

skulls

then a huge drop set on rope pull downs

good session

big iain was pretty strong but never pushed him self

went to the Scottish on sat, was a very good show, se ace physiques, gives you a huge incentive to get in the gym and maybe up on stage one day....

today was back and tris

4 sets of deadlifts

1x20 at 60 kg

then 2x10 at 100kg

1x8 at 120kg felt weak for some reason

wide grp chins
3x12 god mind muscle connection

rows

3x10 all with 80kg

then done a big superset of lat pull downs mixed with cable rows, more for a pump/pre exhaust

onto tri's

3x8 close grip at 90kg

1x4 negatives, wit around 6 second contraction with 110kg

3x10 skull crushers

then 3x12 cable extensions....

was an decent session when i got going, felt tired on deads though, so no progression in the weighted lifted
