no you haven't messed it up.

R5460 -> RE: Been a naughty boy! (Apr. 20 2008 23:46:01)

Forget it and just carry on. In the grand scale of things it really won't make much difference. Keep going!

Youve eat **** calories you could of done without, sure. Theres no hiding that.

However, no reason to quit or anything stupid like that.

So on with the day of cutting, and the great week full of opportunity for progress ahead. [:)]
good luck all, have a good week.

Agreed - don't ever worry about breaking a diet. Even if you've eaten 12000 calories you shouldn't have, it will only take you a few weeks to get rid of it again.

Do it, enjoy it, then get straight back on the wagon again.

Associating feelings of guilt with food is a sure way to screw your relationship with it up - it's one of the things that leads to yo yo dieting.

RedHotF -> RE: Been a naughty boy! (Apr. 22 2008 9:47:06)

Draw a line under it and crack on.

If it's any consolation I did not have a brilliant weekend with regards to the diet either. I had a pizza on Fri night, too much booze on Sat night followed by a chicken doner, chips and mayo (!!) and then Sun night I indulged in a fair bit of choc.

I have maintained my regime for nearly 4 months now with no slip up at all, so I am not going to cry over a few days of being a bit naughty. Trot on [:)] [:D]

Life would be boring if you couldn't be naughty [;)]

Jams -> RE: Been a naughty boy! (Apr. 22 2008 10:13:25)

I've fell off the wagon myself last weekend, don't worry bud you shouldn't have any trouble getting back on track [;)]
I actually feel better for it. Was going nuts with all the clean healthy food [:@]
