but i think i seen people change of id name and kept there posts , maybe its the late hour that confuses me

it is possible but discouraged as it does take Jason a deal of time.

Email him on jason@muscletalk.co.uk ans ask him nicely - give him the name you want to change to after checking it's still available from the members list.
