Im there, seen a few lads from different parts of the region who are entering over the last few weeks, looks like some canny entrants, should be a good show again.

Good afternoon show, the evening show should be a blinder, Steve Brookes looked awesome. Oh hello to other members who saw me but dont realise it.

any other standout competitors in any of the classes? couldnt make it down this year keep us updated with the results mate!

There was quite a good overall standard, but at the same time a hell of a lot of smooth competitors maybe 2-3 weeks off what they could of been, never saw all of the show as i was working, but Dave Bell class 2 great shape could do well in the britains Steve Brookes class 1 and overall was just awesome, ive known steve a number of years and to see the mass he had been carrying around under his strongman bodyfat was amazing, i predict he could be a force to contend with in the Britains also. Great turn out and crowd for both evening and the early show.

Fair show last night. Not as good an atmosphere as last year though. ALOT of hiccups with the music too.

Steve B was in incredible shape. I think a posedown between him and Lister would have been a sight! They were above and beyond in terms of mass. Alot of competitors forgot to bring thier backs and legs to the show and also a few were a little off / smooth.

Did anyone get to ebjoy the homemade protein flapjack cookies on sale? They were to die for!

Quite a good show with a number of good competitors and a fancy stage too, looked like a medieval castle.

I think gemgem might of wished she had taken her bikini as there was only two girls in each class (toned & trained) and could have got on up there and done me and the rest of us MT's proud...just have to wait till the NABBA NW in a couple of weeks which is always a great show with some impressive line-ups!!

I got to enjoy 3 of those flapjack things, I must agree they were rather nice, think I preferred the fruit 'n' nut ones though
