Hello,

I'm trying to bulk by building muscle but i want to maintain the flat stomach (for abs). I'm looking for the right diet to help me d this but am finding it hard to find the right one. I've ordered some myprotein unflavoured whey aswell but want to maximize muscle grown while keeping my stomach to a minimum. Any diet/nutritian/workout plans will be appreciated.

mate your finding it hard cos its nigh on impossible!

Bulking while staying completely lean is like the holy grail of bodybuilding we all search for it but almost none will find it!

My advice just bulk for now and when you feel you have gained enough muscle mass, then cut and your abs should show again when u get rid of the excess fat u gained while bulking

Bulk slowly. If you train right and eat enough food to gain 0.5lbs a week, you should gain mostly muscle mass with minimal body-fat. Eat, monitor and adjust accordingly.
