Hello Folks, I'm starting a Journal, for me to keep track of my progress, and for advice on where I'm going wrong, as well as meeting my goals and to succeed. My goals are to gain muscle mass, but minimizing the fat gained, at the same time increasing stamina (Main reason for stamina is because I was ether going to go back to Boxing or start Kick Boxing) I was going to do this by: Weight Training 3 times a week. Early morning run 6am fast 2 mile runs aiming for 6 min miles. Now not sure if I can do weight training after the run, but if not then it will be in the afternoon around about 5pm. Stats: Age: 19 Weight: 77Kg Height: 6ft -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Weight Training Routine: MONDAY BACK- Front lat pull down Bent over row Close grip Pull down Bar curls WEDNESDAY Chest & Shoulders- Flat bench press Shoulder press Upright row Push downs FRIDAY Legs- Pull squat SLDL Calve raises ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nutrition Program 630am Run, Post Training- Hurricane XS with 5 grams of Flaxseed Power, MultiVits, 1 Sandwich with 2 slices of wholemeal bread and 3 bits of lean bacon 9:30am- 3 slices of wholemeal bread, 6 whole eggs scrambled. 12pm - Weight gainer? because of its quickness, I was going to get BSN True Mass. 3pm- 70g of Spaghetti with 200g of lean mince meat. 6pm- 1 chicken breast (not sure weight) with mash and chicken tonight sauce. 9pm- Hurricane XS with 5 grams of flaxseed powder, Multivit, and ... same as first. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pictures of me - [image] [/image] ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any advice appreciated :D

Have you set your goals out into something that you can actually target? Weight, inches etc. You not eat veggies? Green veggies will make your hair nice and curly you know Good luck with the journal.

wait... so are you trying to succeed in being determined or determined to suceed.... anyways... good lean base to build off mate, good proportions, add mass and youll look da bomb goodluck.

First off.... I will shake it for you for the next pics lol and second.. Ive got curly hair already lol. And yeah I do eat veg when I have me chicken and mash, forgot about that. I'm trying to succeed in being determined and determined to succeed, so both :D My goals, I'm going to go by what I look like in pictures, Because I don't know what I will look like at certain weight, or inch ..etc Thanks folks.
