I've put the weight on and bulked up over the past 7 months, going from 12 stone 5 to 14 stone 8 using protein shakes, eggs, chicken and gym workouts. Now i'm aiming for definition of the abs and waist trying to get the V shape and cut on the abs. Running 2 - 3 times a week, training in gym 3-4 times a week.

Weight 14 stone 8
Height 5,11
Age 25

Monday to Friday consists of .........

Morning - 1 Protein Shake, 2 Citramax 3, 3/4 Pint of Water

Midday - 2 Cheese Sandwiches, 1 Protein Shake, 2 Citramax 3

Pre Gym - Bowl of Cereal, 2 Citramax 3

Post Gym - 1 Protein Shake, Salad with Chicken & eggs / Vegetable Stir fry

Need advice on a diet to help keep the weight on but burn the excess fat. ( Not saying i am fat though! lol)

Any pointers appreciated.

Thanks!

Im no Expert but:

- You need your Omega Fats in there.
- DEFO replace Cheese Sandwiches. Not ideal at all

I know some stuff baout bulking but cutting im useless, hopefully one of the experts will reply with a better asnwer.

Diet is poor to be frank with you. It needs to be centred around meats, good quality fats, fish, dairy/eggs, fruits and vegetables and slow carbs. To lose weight, you'll need to maintain a calorie deficit.

Totally agree, doesn't look good to me at all. Where's the fruit and veg? Oily fish? Doesn't look like much variety there. I think the cheese sandwiches are going to have to go as well. I do so love cheese myself, but it is awfully high in calories and fat, even a small portion.

I love cheese, but as above, very easy to over-consume!

Thanks for the responses (and quick too!)

Any chance you could post with a basic guideline of what to eat and when plz?

ie.
10.00 100g chicken breast
2 oatcakes
Fruit
Mug green tea

12.30 180g tuna or mackerel salmon or chicken breast
30g wholemeal pasta or basmati rice
Large mixed salad
Mug green tea

(as per link supplied^^^^)

I see some people eat meats in the middle of the day, which to me seems a bit barmy because i'd never get chance to prepare anything like that in a half an hour lunch break from work?? And if i'm true to myself, i suck at preparing food other than toast!!

Thanks again, really helpful!
