Hows it goin, brand new to the forum and have found it very useful already, thanks for the help. I have been stuck lately with the whole weight loss. wondering if its my diet

Breakfast- 2 eggs, 3 egg whites with 2 piece of whole wheat bread lightly buttered, 1 peice with 2 table spoons of peanut butter, also 1 cup of green tea

Lunch- 1/2 can of tuna with low cal/ zero fat italian dressing on 1 slice of whole wheat bread, with lettuce and mustard. OR deli turkey sandwhich on 2 whole wheat bread with lettue, cheese and mustard

Dinner- Chicken with a little BBQ sauce OR Fish with italian dressin with 1.3 cups of brown rice OR 2 cups of mixed veggies OR 2 cups of brocolli

Snacks- Protein shake with water, other half of tuna, chicken in salad... things along those lines

Have bout 3-4 cups of Green tea a day, i eat fairly healthy just can seem to loose these last pound

Age: 22
Weight: 160IBS or 11.4 pounds.. approx

What height are you mate? You don't sound particularily heavy at 160lbs / 11.4 stone (I presume you mean!?)

What exercise are you doing?

Do you drink? If so, how much?

Thanks, nah not heavy, i'm only 5'7, just tryin to get rid of those last 10 pounds

My workout is 5 days,
mon- back&bis
tues- 45-1 hr of cardio, usually eliptical & bout 20min legs
wed- chest & tri's
thurs- off
fri- shoulders and traps
sat- same as tuesday
