Hi all.

Whats best time to weight your self? I want to keep a daily chart of my weight then compare every week.

Whats best way ? I was thinking weigh my self in morning ( all though all ways lighter as we lose water over night ) and before bed. then taking the Avarage for that day?

Cheers

Best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning, before consuming anything and after urinating.

If you're weighing daily, be prepared to see it fluctuate a good 1-5 kilos over the course of a week. To monitor progression by weight, take an average rather than view on a day to day basis.

weigh yourself the same time every day on accurate scales is better than above on innacurate scales imo

i use the gym scales and get weighed after workout which is always after my breakfast and at about 11.00 am

home scales very by moving them an inch or standing off balance slightly

Once a week or once every 2 weeks. First thing in the morning before drinking or eating anything. I position the scales at an angle of 45 degrees to the wall, same place everytime. Yes I have OCD alright

I worry that if I position them at a 35 degree angle to the wall, I may gain a pound

No, if you really want to do it daily, then work out the average over 7 days, and compare the average for each week. Or do as suggested and just do it once a week/fortnight.
