just started to get fitter been at the gym for 2 months working to my cardio useing tradmill ,bike and rower with a few weights i feel alot better and fitter in my self and i loving the gym weight 13 stone and 5.6", but one thing lets me down my diet it seems i like all the wrong stuff .lol.ie chips ,im a builder by trade ang find it hard to eat well ,,,i love chicken ,fish not alot of fruit some veg .. can any body help i am trying,but need a kick up the arse thanks lee
