I overheard some guys in the gym and they were talking about tuna and lemon juice. ( I presume blitzed together). I'm not sure if anything else is added. I would presume this is high protien and a diuretic and wondered if anyone can enlighten me further on this.

Apparantly orange juice masks the taste of tuna very well but to try this myself. Supposed to be like jsut like orange with bits. Planning on it one day but i'm preparing my self to waste a tin of tuna and glass of orange

blend it up with some water.. and just chugg it down good lord - this sounds like some Jack Bauer-esque torture method, there must be a easier way to ingest the equivalent nutrients?!

Diuretic? I've contemplated this, but I don't think I could stomach it tbh, I'm a fussy eater at the best of times. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=poBmh9D936A

Tubbyman, can i ask you what your cutting diet is like yes - but I'm a newb so I don't think it'll be perfect by any means - there's quite alot of things i dont like so I tried compiling this with whats left! Apologies to anyone who's had to sift through this before...... 6.30am 40g whey with half pint of skimmed milk 7 - 7.30am cardio (hiit on tues/thurs/fri 7 mile jog on wed/sat) 7.30am porridge with skimmed milk and splenda, 5g creatin, omega 3sup + multivit 8-8.45am weight training (mon/tues/thurs/fri) followed by 40g of whey with water blended with 20g of oats 9am 100g of chicken/turkey and omlette with 2 whites 1 yolk 10am fresh coffee with skimmed milk 11.30am porridge oats with skimmed milk and a teaspoon of Splenda 2pm 100g of chicken/turkey, 3 oatcakes and handfull of sultanas (15g) + green tea 5pm 100g of chicken/turkey and 2 rice cakes (similar because I'm at work) + green tea 8pm 150g of chicken/turkey 150g of fresh boiled vegetables 10pm 20g of whey + 20g casin with water 10.15pm Bed I normally get through 2.5 lt of water, more on weights days.

How long you been on it and is it working? I've been doing it strictly since March 3rd. I've lost about a stone, mostly from my man boobs and my gut/handles. I've increased in size around my biceps - 3cms I've maintained around my chest, lost from my thighs - 2cms and lost from my waist - 9cms (down from 38" - 34" jeans) I think I've probably lost too much weight too quickly and have probably sacrificed some muscle mass. I've only in the last month switched to free weights so I cant tell about strength gains but I know from a brief stint today in my home gym that they're modest at best. My muscle conditioning has improved and my recovery between sessions has improved. I've been doing a decent amount of cardio and my fitness has improved more markedly than anything else. I've had to work on my patience more than anything. I dont think i've done an amazing job but it's a work in progress! How's it been working for you? how long have you been on it?
