Hello all,

I have a protein drink question. I'm a police officer and very busy during the day, I don't have time to mix drinks and stop for snacks.... Is it ok to pre-mix 3 or 4 portion of protein drink or meal replacement drinks in the morning, keep it with ice packs and drink it through the day?

Theoretically yes, though it sounds a little dependant on powder over real foods.

I apologize, I didn't mean only consume protein drinks and meal replacement drinks during the day. I will have snacks and lunch. it will be easier for me to bring pre mixed protein, instead of stopping somewhere to get water, mixing drinking, wash my shaker bottle...

Thanks

Nutritionally it's fine... but warm shakes taste like feet!

I'd make them with loads of ice and keep them in a fridge

Should be ok bud
I heard whey protein has to be consumed shortly after if its mixed with fruit because it turns, but the drink on its own should be fine
