I did have a profile on there a while ago but I took it off after receiving unwarranted messages telling me the reason I am single is because I'm an 'ugly slut with nothing to offer' and then from another creature on there, to tell me I was an 'old trout'.
Nice calibre of people on there then

I did sign up out of curiosity.
There is hardly anyone in my area on there who looks attractive.
Seems to be a lot of single mums (both old and young). Nothing wrong with that but probably not something I am ready for yet.
A few girls I have messaged seemed ok and wanted to meet but I never took the plunge.
Try okcupid.com if you are after a free one - its a bit better.
I think you probably have to pay if you want the good stuff.

I'm not being funny, but at the time I received one of those messages I was feeling rather depressed and down about myself in general. Normally I would brush such nastyness off but it actually really upset me. I wish people would think before sending such unwarranted nasty crap.
