do u do these with str8, locked knees? is so i can hardly bend forward, or do you bend your knees?

Many ways of doing them. Most will unlock the knees to some degree

same as SLDL's, very slight bend on the knee, just so that the leg is not locked out completely. Make sure your elbows are forward under the bar and your head is back and chest out so your lower back is straight.

I always try and push my hips/arse back rather than leaning over. I cannot push my hips back without bending at the knees.
