Been on TV a few times now but worth watching if you haven't to see what comp prep can be like and the lengths that women have to go to to compete at this level. Joanna is a member on here so please be respectful.

Been on many many times before. Joanna was in cracking shape in the programme and should be well respected for that and that alone.
It gives a great insight, not just into the world of female BBing, but into the whole competition side of things as well.
Worth a watch.

I just watched it now, thought it was very good. Not really into female bodybuilders in terms of attraction but she is very attractive.
Is she still in competition?

Big respect for the amount of dedication, discipline and effort needed to achieve that physique.
But when she went back stage and their all getting pumped up before the show...not my cup of tea at all.

While i admire the dedication of the ladies,i really believe that when they are older they will regret the steroid use and the permanent side effects it causes.

why do idiots always post up that they dont find them attractive.
like they went to all that effort to look attractive to some bloke on an internet forum FFS
it wasnt filmed for you to get off on.
rant over, but some peoples narrow minded views, and relating everything that women do as wether its attractive to men or not really annoys me. im a fan of bodybuilding in general, and womens bodybuilding is just as good as the mens. nothing to do with wether people find them attractive or not. in fact that is one of the things that i admire, that they do something they love with such dedication, knowing that most people will say stupid things about them not being attractive
