If fat loss right now is your goal, a strong amount of good cardio and, well, ultimatly diet is going to give you the results.
Depends what you want to achieve TBH....what are your goals!?

Out of interest, could wrapping oneself in black plastic bin liners so that it's tight against your skin like a rubber/pvc dress, be classed as crossdressing?

Your right Alucard, Interval Training is up there with the best for fat loss. not because it burns the most calories there and then, but it actually raises your metabolic rate for up to 24 hours after training. This is due to EPOC (Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption)

Read more about it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Excess_post-exercise_oxygen_consumption

It will expend more calories than SS cardio over the same period of time. However its argued that SS cardio after 20minutes or so taps into the fat reserves and burns only fat. Whereas hiit will burn everything and anything it can in order to keep going. So you may have burned more total calories but the amount of bodyfat burned might be somewhat similar. Its been a mystery to me which is 'best' for burning fat, conclusion for me is that both are needed
