Status: offline 		they will prbably ask you what you can bring to the team, why you will be an asset to the company, how you will feel abaout dealing with difficult customers, what your experience is, what you are like... etc. You need to show them you are confident and that you will be able to do the job. let them know you have a good level of common sense and will be able to take initiative but without being a loose cannon.

Dress smart, wear a suit, shave closely, gel your hair, get there early, dont be late, dont stink.

so what would people answer to the questions:

What can you bring to the team?
Why will you be an asset to the company?
why should you be picked ahead of anybody else?

They'll probably ask you about any previous retail experience.

They might also ask "Why do you think you'd be suitable for this job"

Being 17 they can't expect you to hae a vast amount of experience to talk about so they will probably stick to standard questions like the one above
