Hi guys, i've been lifting weights for a couple of months but only started on a decent diet a few days ago. I will list my diet or what i've been eating on a daily basis below, but i've been eating 6 meals a day, 7.30am, 10am, 12.30pm, 3pm, 5.30pm and then about 9pm. By about the 3pm meal i am completely stuffed and don't really want to eat come 5.30pm. Anyway here it is.

Breakfast 7.30am

50g scotts porage oats with semi skimmed milk
30g Impact Whey isolate in semi skimmed milk
5g creapure creatine monohydrate in coffee

10am

80g wholemeal pasta
170g pasta sauce
90g tuna

12.30pm

80g wholemeal pasta
170g pasta sauce
90g tuna

3pm

80g wholemeal pasta
170g pasta sauce
90g tuna

Workout 3.45-4.30pm

30g Impact Whey isolate in semi skimmed milk

5.30pm

large steak
lots of cabbage/beans/broccoli

9pm

125g natural yoghurt
couple of spoons of grapefruit segments

This is roughly 1800cal, 116g protein and 280g carbs (+ 2 whey protein isolates).

EDIT: sorry i'm 5foot 10.5, 11.5 stone, 116pound, 73kg.

I don't eat tuna everyday, I have beef/turkey/pork aswell i just cannot stomach chicken.

Does this seem too much? Should i be doing cardio on days off? I lift on mondays, wednesdays and fridays, sometimes sundays aswell. Thanks alot for any help. p.s below is 2 pictures, just incase it helps.

Im no expert but wheres ur Fats? Need some omega i nthere flax too and poss linseed /nuts.oily fish. 170g Pasta Sause seems a lot?

I do a 4day split with SSCV stright after i prefer to do it on weight days then Have Full Days of Gym completey. Yea Get some SSCV Cardio in there 2-3 times a week (20-30min) Quite few recomend HIT Trannign to SSCV.

1800Cal seems little Cant find the link but theres a link on here to Eat 20Kcals / Lb Body weight to Bulk . 73KG is 160 not 116. So 160 x 20 = 3200Kcals Woudl be your Target.

But im starting to Prefer what Nigepoo and the theiopener say, Eat, Monitior , Adjust acordingly.

100g of pasta is about 50-60g of carbs so no need to go above this, i know you might think its not alot of food but the idea is to keep your bodys metabolism going all day long and get enough calories and micronutrients, not to eat as much as you can every 3 hours.
