when stuck for something to eat you have the choice to go to a londis shop (aldays,co_op, doesnt matter really) and find food to eat what would your choice be??? cutting bulking doesnt matter, just something to keep you going with the least downsides. tuna sandwich, pasty, or something else?? also are jacket potatoes a good choice for bulking with tuna and cheese or tuna and cottage cheese or something?? or would a chicken/turkey curry with rice be better? thanks guys

When 'caught short' like that - I usually go for a packet of chicken or some chicken breasts and just woof them straight out the pack. I have no shame - I've usually finished it by the time i get to the till ... tuna, chicken or salmon sandwich etc is also good as a stop gap, but just watch out for stuff like mayo in them. Jacket potatoes are a good choice...skins left on and scoffed yayyy
