Anyway

8.AM 40 Mins cardio walking around village
9AM - Quaker oats with 2 TSP maple syrup
9.30 AM - 1 Scoop creatine powder
9.45 AM - No.explode 1 scoop
10 AM - 1 Scoop creatine powder
11AM training
12-30PM - 40G of protein shake
1PM - Either 2 eggs scrambled on wholemeal bread
3PM - Nothing atm any suggestions?

Now obviously there may be flaws in this but thats why i posted it my aim atm is to loose some fat not weight on the scales as such as i do alot of weight training is this enough or not enough? can anyone advise on a few things i could change/replace :D
