Hiya people...

Now i know this is a basic question, but i have butterfly attatchments on my weight bench, yet am unsure how to use them, or what excersies i can do...

Any ideas please?

yeah, i had these on my bench too .. didnt like them very much ..

basically you load weight on each side and you can do a kind of isolated dumbell fly with it ...

i didnt like it because i have long arms and i felt like the rom was completly wrong ...

i took mine off and just use it on flat and incline ....

if you wanna do flys just do them freeweight ...

dumbell flys chris if you didnt know what mike means buy free weight

Yeah I agree, I used them once then took them off. Just use dumbells.

try it at the bench on incline, and decline if you can. good workout

does anybody else find doing DBflys that it works my bicep.

works your bicept a lil as you use it to keep your arm straight

im bending my arms very slightly. half way down. then halfway up. i straighten out half way up. i never fully straighten my arms past the half way down.

yep that right, it uses your bicep to keep it in that position. wont make your bicep grow tho as it aint putting that much stress on it
