Hiya people... Now i know this is a basic question, but i have butterfly attatchments on my weight bench, yet am unsure how to use them, or what excersies i can do... Any ideas please? Much appreciated folks, Cheers, Chris

yeah, i had these on my bench too .. didnt like them very much .. basically you load weight on each side and you can do a kind of isolated dumbell fly with it ... i didnt like it because i have long arms and i felt like the rom was completly wrong ... i took mine off and just use it on flat and incline .... if you wanna do flys just do them freeweight ...

Yeah I agree, I used them once then took them off. Just use dumbells.

im bending my arms very slightly. half way down. then halfway up. i straighten out half way up. i never fully straighten my arms past the half way down.
