But have have seen "stuff" floating back down the tube... then they run for the bog and do a full on dump

cheers for the link yes, looks like a lot of info there, but was more asking for experiences with less 'invasive' ways if you like, like some oral medication rather than the water up the ass option. and thanks for the ebay warning!! although i half feel that about most of the stuff there anyway.

I'm gonna try this Colonic Hydrotherapy stuff. I remember years ago it cost a million squid and all the celebs were touted in the paper as having done it. These days its like £30, so you cant go wrong.

If you have a gander on youtube, there are some people who film themselves going thru the procedure.

My brother went for it cause his missus was going and dragged him along.
When he came back he said he felt amazing and he's been going for it regularly ever since.

I keep putting it off but I will get round to trying it.

Who needs colonic irrigation when you swallow 50g of powdered linseeds in a drink?

What do the linseeds actually do? And does it actually cleanse or simply empty the current contants of your bowell?

What's the difference? Cleanse is a pseusoscientific term. It means nothing.

I seem to remember seeing coffee enemas used in some 'detox on an island somewhere' program a couple of years ago and the amount of 'stuff' that came out that looked like it didn't belong up there in the first place was very unsettling - I'm not talking shopping trolleys and number plates etc but stuff that resembled a shed snakeskin and what looked like matted hair

Would linseeds help shift all of that stuff aswell?

Also, does CI have a negative impact on the balance of bacteria in the colon?

Would linseeds help shift all of that stuff aswell? Linseeds will produce healthy bowel movements. I can't speak for the weird stuff above.

Also, does CI have a negative impact on the balance of bacteria in the colon? I don't know.

is this a recommended method??? For regular, healthy bowel movements, yes. linseed? Yes. how long? For as long as you want regular, healthy bowel movements. how often?? A 60cc scoop of powdered linseeds +250ml of liquid a day.
You also get a load of omega-3 fat as well so it's win-win.
