ABS all the way IMO abs are a true test on just how fit and healthy you are.

However whats the point of having abs in the winter?

Ive always thought summer cut up, winter bulk.

Never had, not fussed to be honest. Like pete et al say can be a bit of a tool walking around showing them off and I do think they look daft without the overall mass which a lot of people seem to lack.

Not had them myself - a welcome addition but by no means a necessity.

They look fine on a model-type physique but not on an actual skinny guy.As long as there is some muscle to balance it out it looks okay.

Not on BF%??

So you could be 30% BF but fit and healthy and have abs ??

Never had them, working toward getting them at the moment.

Even if I only have them once, i just want to know what it feels like.

Abs.
Nice to have, but even nicer is the thought that you don't need to cut for much longer and a bulk is around the corner

Saying that, last time i had them i was wondering "wtf why did i want these anyway"

Never had them, and won't for a while yet as I'm still trying to put on the mass I lost. I'm sure it would be a good confidence booster, but as has been said before, if you've got no size anywhere else with abs you just look silly.
