I eat at least a 340g jar of whole earth peanut butter each working week, usually on a couple of oatcakes each morning between breakfast and lunch. Somtimes I have tablespoon before bed too.

I know its only peanuts, salt and palm oil...and peanut butter is a good source of protein and good fat, but is too much a bad thing?

I get through a whole jar a week too. Either on it's own, or with a few rice cakes. Never done me any harm - even during my recent cut.

Too much of anything is bad. 340g of PB a week isn't too much. Just make sure that you get enough omega-3 as PB contains a lot of omega-6.

How much do you consume at a time smacky and do you count that as a single meal or have with something else?

I'll have 2 rice cakes with a table spoon of PB on each, along with 1 x scoop of MP bedtime extreme about an hour before bed. Sometimes I'll just grab the jar and spoon feed myself a spoonful or two whilst watching telly (at anytime of the day). Sometimes I'll have it during the day on rice cakes shortly after having a chicken breast and salad.
