hi. im trying to uninstall some programs but this error message comes up 'the system administrator has set policies to prevent installation'. my operating system is vista home premium. i have tried disabling the user account control and i am the administrator but it still doesnt work

all help will be appreciated

can you right click on the unistall program and press run as admin?

hmmm for some strange reason its working fine now . i can uninstall the program now and btw the run as admin doesnt appear when you right click.
