Is this current plan hard to eat, or could you eat more?

Sorry should of asked, how much weight are you losing per week?
Easy to solve, either increase each meals portions or duplicate a meal and add it into the diet. Depends how much weight your losing first though, maybe we need to increase intake by 10 or 30%....

~2lb/week loss.

Thats 1000kcal a day that we need to eat eatra just to maintain. I'd probably add to my pre and post workout meals first this week, if next week youve not gained further increase in other meals too.

Fueling workouts is a priority, so is fueling recovery after hence why i chose these 2 meals.

Of course the scales could be off, so id bump up the calories by 500 a day first and see.

How long have you been losing weight for?
Have you changed any part of your diet or training recently that could be the cause?

If you haven't changed anything and you have started losing weight suddenly with no apparent cause it would be worth going to a local chemist for a diabetes test. Its free and can be done at most chemists with no appointment.

I don't wanna scaremonger, but that is a symptom.

If you do choose to do this, let us know how it goes.

I had a quick look at your diet and its prob around 3500kcal region, i skim read it so certainly not accurate.

4500Maintenance calories is pretty high, but you may be the "lucky" few who are predisposed to being lean. So you may become more fidgety, hotter, etc when you eat surplus calories which in effect burns them away. Go with TIO's suggestions, if they fail bump the calories up further.

I highly doubt you have diabetes, but Llyods pharmacy will give you a free diabetes test so no big deal.

Are you doing lots of cardio?
Active lifestyle?

I skim read (read your diet and added up the foods to get a calorie estimate very fast) so 3500kcal estimate could be incorrect/wrong.

If your active then youll need to eat a tonne more (obviously).

Anyhow give TIO's recommendations a go, its probably an increase in ~500kcal a day. If your losing 2lb a week you'll still be losing 1lb a week next week, but best to add the calories on slowly and see what happens.

Good luck
