Hello all,

There is a lot of talk about them...

i hav just finished bulking up and going to start shredding,

not sure which supplement to go for so a little help would be good, at the moment was thinking of:

Biotest HotRox

or

Hydroxycut Hardcore

some people have recommended T2, T3, Clen and ECA (not all at the same time) any view on those?

Thanks

Cardio & Diet should be your first stop before looking at these.

They have their uses but not until fat loss has slowed.

I find morning cardio on my spinning bike or my cross trainer works well. but running is also a good one.

Morning cardio definatly gave me best results!

My clients have had decent results with HOT-ROX, and it doesn't contain nearly as much caffeine as the Hydroxycut.

As far as cardio, High Intensity Interval Training is great because it helps to maintain an elevated metabolism compared to LSD cardio.

Yeah as said above..Diet first then cardio are the main prioritys, i havnt tried them all but i rate ephedrine very highly as do others, it will superess your appetite very well and will give you a buzz, and can be got at a very cheap price

I would address your diet before looking at thermogenic supplements. The above doesn't look great to me. What's for dinner?

wouldn't it be a good idea to cut the crisps & bread out of your daily meals too kinsorted187 ?

at 12pm i usually have a salad with chicken cut up into it ( that i make the previous night )

you can mess around with the ingredients too, chicken, tuna, or even boiled egg.

thats what i'd recomend anyways :D

Apparently i have heard that unfuelled cardio on an empty stomach in the morning is more effctive.

Personally cannot do mornings because of work.

At the moment I am doin HIIT on the Bike.

I do HIIT cardio 3 mornings before work unfuelled (well, just a cup of black coffee). Found this quite effective. Also doing HIIT cardio on the other 3 days post weight workout.

I'm using Hot Rox 3 weeks in and I've lost a lot of fat. I used LS7 before and they were useless. I must admit I hadn't heard of them before and to be honest they look like lego. Btu they work.

Mixed with a good diet and a good routine it'll do you wonders.

Yes, unfuelled cardio works very well indeed, some peaple argue with this but they obviously havent givin it a chance
