Is it normal that by lunch time i have to force my food down, they are not large portions but after 3-4 fork fulls of my lunch today i was bloated and struggling to get it in. Talking to a friend today he said its because im needing to get used to the amount of food im trying to put in and to carry on the way i am, by tea time after afternoon drinks and training i could eat a fair sized tea but struggled to the end. I am trying to work out all this eating mullarchy but its hard work.

I have all ways had a BIG apite even before taking up Bulking and Tranning.

Best thing i find is make sure you Spread out you meals evenly, They say eat every 3 hours. I seem to be eating every 2hours as im guinenly hungry. ! But i do remember the 1st month of Bulking it took some getting use to eating every 3 hours, Just keep with it, Dont fill up with lots of fuild b4 eating.

Takes time to get use to it. I've been on holiday eating 3 meals a day, and about 1 week ago came back, and it takes a bit of getting use to eating 7-9meals. Will probably take another week or two.
