In this country, not much chance.

One day recently I didn't shower after gym, just left sleeveless vest on in car on way home.
From the looks you could be forgiven for thinking that my car was on fire.

A little attention is nice, but on that scale its just embarrassing

Sometimes, but only if I'm nipping out or going round to a mate's house.

On holiday it's all I pack LOL

As a few have said, it's usually skinny chavs who dish out the most abuse with things like "sted head!", it's a shame the vests they have are far too big and they have pipe cleaners for arms

I do all the time when i go skateboarding in the hot months without getting any bother. The bother i so get is more than likely because I'm an adult bombing around on a skateboard which chavs seem to find irresistible.

I hate vests basically because the majority of people wearing them are posers who think they are the next arnie when in reality they are benching 10's

Do you have to be a specific size/weight/strength to be allowed to wear a vest then?

No, just lycra shorts and trainers as per last summer when many a person was disturbed by streaker Righty on his bike at weekends.

people will think your a c.unt
really, I like to think that most people have a large enough vocabulary that theydont have to resort to obscenities, the use of the 'c' word seems to have increased lately, has an inverse link between intelligence and use of four letter words ever been proved?

Personaly I dont go sleeveless in the summer because the sun fades tattoo's, it never occured to me that I might be branded a ****

There are over 15 four letter words in that post!

It's not often that people have the balls to apologise for having acted like an immature homophobe. Nice!

Probably size to be honest. If you have a great physique people may like to show it of with a vest but when i see a skinny bloke in a vest i just think 'I would look so much better in a vest'

Big headed old me!

as long as I wear a sporty vest like nike ect and it dosnt come to low on the chest I feel fine, I will walk with one of these on no problem, but I wouldnt dare wear a bodybuilding stringy thing around town or Asda, it just says, look at me the poser!
