Guys,

I'm looking for a chest exercise to bring into my Chest routine. Previously, i had been doing Flyes, but I don't get on with them and would like to bring in another exercise (which can be done using free weights).

I currently do 3 sets of barbell bench press, and 3 sets of dumbell bench press.

Anything else you guys have found to work well for your chest?

Cheers.

Give Dips a try. Lean forward a bit, dont go too deep, and not too fast.
You could also swap around gradients, e.g. Flat BB and Incline DB to Incline BB and Flat DB.
Also, if your benches have the ability to go what ever incline you want, you can go for a small Incline on the DB Pressing. I do this and Dips for my Chest, 6 sets in total, and works nicely for me.

He says he does it because the sand puts an extra weight on his upper body. And when he does the motion of a military press, its harder, because the extra weight is pulling his upper body down as he tries to move the bar up.

He reckons it works wonders for his upper back.

He does thai boxing and he does all these funny exercises. One of them is, with the rack sack on his back, a guy holds his leg whilst he hops on the other one. Apparently great for your calves.
