Hi folks i live in glasgow and am looking for someone who would like to take a fledgling under their wing and show me the ropes of bodybuilding and the techniques involved. i have been in the gym in Bellahouston and watched the guys and dont feel i could approach someone for help. anybody interested email me at mcguiretracey@hotmail.com female or male any help would be much appreciated. thanks

Try posting this up in the general section mate, should get more views then

As for approaching people in the gym, I understand you being wary as it must seem intimidating at first, but as long as you don't ask someone for help in the middle of their set, it'll probably be ok. Everyone was a beginner once. Is there not a trainer in the gym who could help you out?

Click on the muscle you're interested in and it will tell you what exercises you can choose from. There's little animated gifs so you can see how the exercise is performed

thanks for that no just the guys that take you for ur induction and they say they dont do the weights just gym machines but thanks anyways Tracey x
