Try posting this up in the general section mate, should get more views then As for approaching people in the gym, I understand you being wary as it must seem intimidating at first, but as long as you don't ask someone for help in the middle of their set, it'll probably be ok. Everyone was a beginner once. Is there not a trainer in the gym who could help you out?
