what's your stats?

Most of the food choices are good- could you drop the biscuits at 10?

get more veg and salad in there

when you eat fish make sure it's high in healthy fats- mackerel & salmon are good choices

What sort of protein shake are you having? Try and make it a slower digesting one

do you like quark? I'd swap the yoghurt before bed to quark and flavour it with the fruit

If you don't lose weight you could drop a few yolks at breakfast and lower the PWO carbs to 30-40g, maybe look at portion sizes overall

Hi Fraser my stats are

5'11"
17st or 239lb
36" waist

i use MetRx Supreme whey, to be truthful its not the weight thats an issue with me im getting into a mind set that ive never had before with my training, ive trained for about 7yrs went from 11st martial artist to 16st strongman who basically eat for eating sake, i had to lower my cholestorol due to my diet so i changed everything around and found the fire to train properly again and am loving seeing the fat dissapear from my torso whilst my weight remains the same, hell for the first time in about 6yrs im actually loving cardio again and managing a full 45 mins

36" inch waist at 240ish is good going imo
