It has been a while since I have posted anything here let alone updates of progress.....I did start then went away.

I started in October 2005, trained throughout 2006, 2007 was a bit hit and miss with training, having lost my way a little and due to finishing my final year at University; but in September 2007 I graduated with a 2:1 in Public Relations. I had also ballooned to 82kg after enjoying a well earned break in Italy. At this point I knew it was make or break with training....the goal is to compete.

I decided to throw all caution to the wind and made contact with Karen Marillier.....I now train under her watchful gaze and have done so since the beginning of December 2007 and the results have been no less than amazing.

LOL!!! ahahha.....Arms are not that impressive, yet. Would like to add another 1.5 inches.

I have finally shamed my hubby into the gym...but I think he has relented on the basis if you can't beat her join her. I am hoping he will start to get the whole bodybuilding thing.

Thanks ElfinTan appreciate the compliment...its hard to believe that 5 years ago I was a size 22 at 18 stone having just had my son. I had been 10.5 stone when I fell pregnant and gained 7.5 stone in 9 months.

The first pic in this blog from 2005 is the 'hangover' from his birth at something close
14 stone.

The rest is as they say history...;)
