added in my actually food, i got hungry at 3 so i had another wrap and so i put a tuna wrap in at 12pm. also added a bio pot to
my 7:30 meal, and rice cakes to post work out.

11:00 am whey in water, oats with peanuts and honey. 57g pro, 65g carbs 16g fat calories: 718
1g vit c tab, 2 fish oil caps, 1 multi vit.

1:00pm salmon and rice green beans 42g pro, 82g carbs 577

4:00pm 2 chicken/salad wrap, apple and banana 40g pro 103g carbs 640
ECA T5
5:00pm pre work whey in water, with glucose. 40g protien, 91g carbs 560

6:30pm post work out whey in water, with glucose and 3 sesame seed rice cakes. 40g pro, 105g carbs 650

8:00pm chicken and rice, bio pot 53g protien, 110g carbs 700

12:00 tuna wrap/salad, 30g pro, 33g carbs 300

3:00am chicken wrap/salad 20g pro, 33 g carbs 230

4:00am cottage cheese 35g pro 15g carbs. 250

2 fish oils caps, 1g vit c tab total 3907

i realised some of my carb and pro levels where abit off so i have adjusted, the number at the end of every line is a calories count and total is at the bottom i tried to lay it out really well but it messed it up when i posted it up.

If you want a nice-looking layout, edit your post, select the list using the mouse and click the code button. It might be easier to cut & paste your list into Notepad, tidy it up there then copy & paste it back into your MT editing window.

didn't work, no worries, im gunna try and add more calories but im concerned that as im not on aas i might over do it and put more fat on then i plan, but then again my diet is pretty clean so just upping thw quantity of good food shouldnt do too much harm should it??

What do you weigh? If your figures are correct, your intake looks very carb-heavy.

102kg as of today, thanks for sorting it out for me nigeepoo, i can see my abbs a little bit and i can see striations on my ribs, so not sure about bf %.
should i increase protien or decrease carbs??

If you're gaining weight at a reasonable rate and not gaining bodyfat, don't change anything!

i changed the cottage cheese at the end of the day for 2 small jackets 2 tins of tuna and 200 grams of cottage cheese, coz i was hungry lol. gotta go paint balling at 830 in morning so gunna get 4hrs kip and i did a heavy back sesh so gunna be feeling it, my diet is going to be **** tomoz.
