mick - 22.4 (of which 20 per day are now in General talking to your 'fans')
Play - it's a simple calculation of number of posts divided between number of days since joining. This doesn't take into consideration post culls, deleted posts (unless they still register).
So that's gives you a PPD score of 5.7 seeing as you joined way back in 2003.
