I've been trying to cut my body fat down over the last few weeks. Problem I've got at the mo is i've damaged my leg playing footy and cardio is a no go at the moment. Would doing lightish weights at higher reps (15-20) with a shorter rest period (30 secs) be good as a cardio replacement ??

Abdominal Exercises and workout need not be such a problem, in the end of the day it is only you and your true commitment to your health and you looks that makes this difference, you do not need to work three or four hours in the gym to have the body you want, and the one that you can have. This might help you in trimming down and toning up. For details on equipment and all, you can visit abdominalexercisezone(DOT)com I got some good help from here...Good luck:)
