Try various approaches - volume, intensity, rest periods, when to train them... Personally, 3 sets of CGBP after Chest and Shoulders is starting to work for me. I up the weight each set, and try and get as many reps out, although I do find that a bit lower reps tend to work for me. My last session with CGBP i got 8 reps, upped weight and got 5 reps, then upped weight again and got 4 reps. |
