Not sure if Ive got the correct topic or not as Im new to this site. Ive been training for approx 3 years. I have started to get bad varicose veins on my lower legs. Obviously it gets worse when I train calves etc. Does anyone else have this problem and how best did you remedy it? They arent painful but are pretty unsightly. Plus my doctor isnt arsed.

I recently started getting them too, on the front of my lower leg, just over to one side... They bulge out a lot and aren't too pretty.. I'm gonna stop crossing my legs and hope they go away.
