how much time do you put in to this in your workouts?
And any views on it?
I'm wanting to find a good source for creating a routine to increase flexibility. So far I've only found this: http://www.elasticsteel.net/Articles.asp?ID=156 which I think could help, however I think it's only on lower body. Can't find anything decent for upper body... Any words on this?

I always shudder away from those sort of adverts that run for pages and pages. Have a look at PNF stretching or maybe do what Flick has done and join a gymnastics class.

hmmm... A gymnastic class would be the absolute best, but the only option here for adults are yoga.... then again thats only once a week and I do struggle to do stretching alone... hence the desire for the dvd...
feel that joining a class once a week is a waste of money if I can't implement it properly. I'm a rookie when it comes to stretching. Do know the basics of course, but thats it....
