There's nothing wrong with whey after a workout, it just never agreed with me. But it's been said that a pwo shake is essential which it isn't IMO; and it may make no difference whatsoever.

Lots of people believe they simply won't grow without a protein shake. There have been threads before where people ask if it's even worth going to the gym as they have run out of whey protein.

i woudnt say it essential to have a shake, but some intake of protein and carbs, its been scentificly proven its better to have it straight after a work out, and a shake is the easiest way.
in your case it it prob wont make no difference as your having it while training

Yeah agree witht he above and would like to add that liquid gets into are system quicker than food, so a shake with water is ideally best post workout.

I've also heard some talk of not eating anything at all after working out for a couple of hours. It is said to raise 1-IGF and GH levels but I've never tried it myself. Wouldn't recommend it either= catabolic max
